Day 1
We flew to CA on the 13th for cruise #2. Now, if you remember, we had just gone on a cruise about 2 weeks before this, so we were excited for a trip but not so much for another cruise. We arrived at our hotel that night and had a good laugh. We stayed at The Queen Mary (an old cruise ship that has been docked and made into a hotel)...our ship before the ship. To be honest, I was not thrilled at being on a ship again, but it ended up being AWESOME! We actually wished that we could have spent more time there, and I would like to stay there again....but not before another cruise. :)
The ship used to be broken up into classes, and they keep it like that today. You can book hotel rooms based on a class to experience the differences on the ship. We were in an amazing suite (the Eisenhower suite), which was definately first class...and no more expensive than any normal normal hotel room you would get!

| Our hallway as you entered the room |
| Directly to the left of the entrance, there was a small servants room that Riley was supposed to stay in...that didn't happen. Matt stayed there and Riley slept with me. :) |
| Some of the main room. They kept a lot of the decor origional. It was awesome. |
| Old shower knobs and water options (they didn't work). |
| Old toilet flusher |
| We were all SO tired! |
| Penny machine! I think Riley likes these as much as his mommy! |
| Lllllooooooonnnnnggggggg hallway! This ship was huge! Because of the old decor, you kind of felt like you were on the fated Titanic, which actually was a little creepy. |
Day 2
Exploring the ship as much as possible before heading out on the cruise.
| Enjoying the view from our room |
| "We will take over steering the ship, thank you!" |
| "Don't worry! I got this!" |
| Checking out the "self-guided" tour of the bowels of the ship. We ended up getting a stern talking to from an employee for taking the "self-guided" tour since it wasn't open hours....Um, how come there were no signs saying opening times, the doors were wide open, and it said "SELF-GUIDED TOURS"?? |
Looking at our ship from the Queen Mary. It was literally right next to us.
All aboard!
| Watching a "pirate ship"! He was so excited. |
| Cute ducky lips! |
| We ended up running into a friend of mine from high school! Nick and his GF were there on vacation! Nick and I run into eachother at the most random places and times, and have since graduation, so we thought it was pretty funny. :) |
| **In almost all pictures, you will notice Riley cross-eyed. He is not having any eye problems, he is just doing what he calls "silly eyes". He thinks he is sooo very funny with this. :) |
| In our (VERY SMALL) cabin, Riley had a bunk bed! He was thrilled! |
Day 3
Riley and I got up early that morning to try and see dolphins. No such luck.
It was COLD as we pulled into port at somewhere or other, Mexico....I seriously can't remember the name of the place. There were seals that were swimming alongside the ship, which was pretty neat.
We went to see the natural blow hole that the ocean makes on the clifs/rocks, which was pretty, and tried a fun (and really expensive, which we didn't realize) pineapple drink before heading back to the ship for formal night!
| Riley was brave enough to try it this time! |
| (Riley took this picture) This woman was on the tour with us, and LOVED Riley and Hailey. She kept talking to them, taking their pictures, and just wouldn't stop smiling. She was really sweet. |
| Looking studly! |
| Pretty princess! |
| This cruise's obligatory "lifesaver with the ship's name on it" picture. |
Day 4
Matt had a Send Out Cards meeting that morning (This was the whole reason we were there. It was a Send Out Cards cruise, and he had won his spot on the cruise!), so we had fun on the ship.
Climbing everything in sight!
Taking a stroll
| Looking tiny by the huge smokestack |
| Playing mini-golf! |
We had fun, but it's always more fun to have Daddy around too!

| Us girls! |
Day 5
Our day to go home! We had to wait quite awhile to disembark, but that was fine with us since no one was sick and throwing up this time! :)
| Pulling his suitcase all over the ship. He loves his suitcase! |
| In the taxi on the way to In N Out Burger before going to the airport! Yum! |
| Plane picture |
| Matt put Hailey to sleep by whispering to her! What?! My hubby is the baby whisperer! |
| He fell asleep in the middle of his movie. :) |
All in all, it was a good trip! At least no one got sick this time!
CUUTE!!! I think Hailey is looking a lot more like Riley.
