January so far...

We played with some friends this month, which was really fun! Twin boys, Nathan and Reese. What a joy for me to be able to catch up with their mommy while the boys played. We never did get a picture of everyone together, but with 3 boys, who are 2 and 1 1/2 respectively, that isn't suprising!

Max is SO loved by Riley :) I'm sure that he gets sick of it, but he is a good sport!

We tortured Max a little by putting Riley's monkey backpack on him and watching him run around. Let me tell you, we were all laughing pretty hard! It looked kind of like the dog and monkey at the rodeo :)

We went down to the Springs this last weekend for our 4th Christmas with some good family friends....that are really more like family. My dad also got Riley a basket ball hoop, which got a lot of use while we were there!

The girls, Amelie and Cosette, got some microphones and dress up clothes that were a big hit with all three kiddos! There was a lot of dancing, singing, and many "concerts" to "Single Ladies", "Heard It Through the Grapevine", and "I've Got A Feeling (Good Night)". It was a good time!

Nana picture!

On the way home, Mr. Funny Faces made an appearance, and boy was he funny! :)

We celebrated my father-in-law's (Paul) 59th birthday! Riley even got to help Grandpa blow out the candles.....over and over and over again!

Mr. Cool Dude (He is saying "Cheese" in the picture, which is why his mouth looks the way it does. :) Also the purple drool is from the vitamin he just ate.)

Lately, when Riley doesn't want to hold hands, he will say, "Hands. Mine.", and hold his own hands. It's pretty cute. :)
