APRIL!!!!

I am back! I know, it's been a long time. Besides the regular business of everyday life, there was a vacation to prepare for/go on/recover from, and some other unexpected things that came up to steal the little amount of blogging time that I normally have. Just in case you were wondering why I am always behind on my blogging: I fix all my photos before I put them up on the blog (i.e. remove red eye, fix shadows and lighting, etc.). It is just something I need to do before I scrapbook anyway, so I also wait to blog. Photoshopping the photos takes time, and that is why I am always a little (or a lot) behind.

Back to the cute kids in my life! :)

April began with me getting out the Easter decor. Riley's favorite item for the last two years: The jellybean pooping chick!

We went to Easter service at church on Saturday night, so we could relax on Sunday morning. The kids looked wonderful in their Easter finery!!! I have one handsome son, and one beautiful daughter, if I do say so myself!!!

My early Mother's Day present! Matt gave me this necklace with just the diamonds and the blue sapphire after Riley was born. He took it and added the pink sapphire for Hailey. I love it! (The picture doesn't do it justice.)
